Can I book a room for workers with you for 1 or 2 nights?
No, our minimum booking period for temporary workers' rooms or apartments is 4 to 7 days, depending on the city.
Can I cancel bookings with you?
Yes, but there are two scenarios: Before arrival: Yes, subject to the cancellation fees described in our Terms and Conditions. After arrival: Yes, provided we can rebook your booked room or apartment. You will then receive a refund of the difference.
Will we receive alternative accommodation if there are complaints?
Yes, in the event of damage or unacceptable conditions, we always endeavor to provide replacements as quickly as possible.
Do the pictures in the ad also belong to the room or apartment for the fitter?
Yes, however, we often have multiple properties available per city. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the advertised room or apartment will match the pictures you wish to book. However, you will receive either original pictures or pictures that represent the standard of several rooms or apartments in one property.
Can I pay in cash on site?
No, since cash payments involve significant accounting effort, we only accept payments by bank transfer.
How much does an overnight stay cost?
This depends on several factors: number of guests, length of stay, city and the desired room or apartment category.
Can I also book with you as a private individual?
Unfortunately not. Our customers must be entrepreneurs as defined by Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Rentals to private individuals are not permitted.
